50 Minute Initial Consultation
(Prior to the session, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out online. It’s ideal if you submit this before we meet, but there is also an option to print and bring with you to the session.)
Goals for the first session:
For me to get acquainted with you and your individual health story (concerns, goals, history, etc.) I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to any health concern, and this first session is for me to gather as much information as possible to design a solution to your specific needs and desires.
To get you started on your first 1-3 action steps. Progress comes through baby steps. We start with simple solutions that feel manageable and build up from there. Most likely, you won’t fix everything in these first couple steps, but they are significant in getting you on the right track. You have to start somewhere, and I will help you discover that starting point!
To help you decide if you could benefit from a longer term support program. Perhaps a single session will be enough for you to feel empowered and ready to move forward on your own. Most often, gaining additional resources, support, and progress monitoring through a 1 or 3 month program will allow for deeper results. I’ll make sure you leave this session knowing exactly what those programs entail and give you the option of where to go from there.
